4-way stretch Ultra span tops are designed to incorporate maximum performance with minimal bulk and weight. This top incorporates the best of 2 worlds, the warmth of neoprene and the comfort of fleece. The inner pile has wicking/siphoning properties for moving moisture away from the body and drying quickly, along with our anti-microbial protection. The outer layer creates an insulated barrier to the elements, much like neoprene.
